Registration Form

Dear Friend of Caitlin Robb Foundation:

It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 12th Annual Caitlin Robb Memorial Golf Tournament, Dinner and Auction sponsored this year by SunCor and McCarthy. The golf tournament will be held at the ASU Karsten Golf Course with tee times available on October 27th and/or October 28th. The dinner will be held on Saturday evening, October 28th at the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel. It is our sincere hope that, in addition to raising much needed funds for pediatric cancer, we will provide our supporters with another memorable day and evening of great fun.

Please open the attached invitation and complete the applicable non-sponsor registration or sponsorship registration as soon as possible. You do not need to complete both forms. We hope to have all entries received by October 20th, sooner if possible. To enter:

1. If you have the complete Adobe Acrobat (not “Read Only”), the form may be completed electronically, saved and emailed to rrobb@bentonrobb.com.

2. Otherwise you may complete the form, print it and return it by fax (480-966-2822) or by mail (Post Office Box 3119 Tempe, AZ 85280).

We encourage you to forward this email and attachment to friends and family who you think may also be interested in supporting the Foundation. It is easy to do. You do not have to be a golfer to attend. Many of our non-golfing supporters attend the dinner only.

When we founded the Caitlin Robb Foundation in July 1995, we hoped to create a new and unique type of charitable organization; an organization grounded in a grass roots approach to fundraising, an educated approach to identifying worthy beneficiaries and a commitment to keep our donors informed as to precisely how and where their charitable dollars were being distributed. Since then, the Arizona and Delaware Chapters have combined to raise and gift well over $1 million dollars to aid in the battle against pediatric cancer. We are grateful to all of our generous donors, sponsors and friends who care so deeply about the Caitlin Robb Foundation and it's worthy mission.

The battle Caitlin so bravely waged was sadly lost. However, the love and happiness that she shared during her brief time remains abundant in all our hearts. It is the goal of the Foundation to carry on in Caitlin's memory and in the memory of too many children who have been lost, and to ultimately triumph over this dreaded disease.

On behalf of all the Board of the Foundation and our many volunteers and supporters, I look forward to seeing you at this year’s events.

Sincerely,

Jennifer Robb

President, Arizona Chapter
